What is our key holding service?
It is a requirement for all monitored alarm systems to have two named key holders. This is to ensure that if an alarm is triggered and the main key holder is absent, another party can be contacted and asked to respond.
At CCTV Wales, we understand that it is not always easy to find a person you can depend on to be available and that is where we can help.
As a registered and certified company of the National Security Inspectorate we can respond on your behalf should you be absent from your home or business and an alarm is activated.
